Welcome to ARJAN Commercial Loans home page! ARJAN can provide commercial loans on behalf of American Bank and American investors and/or European Financial Trust Company in U.S. dollars for any secure project throughout the world. Loans could vary from the amount of five hundred thousand (500 000) up to five hundred million (500 000 000) U.S. dollars.

The application process is very simple and the approval schedule is quick (usually within three to seven days). We can find you the best interest rate on the market. Over five million (5 000 000), we can do better than anybody else. The loans are at a fixed rate and may be amortized for a period of up to thirty years.

To find out if your project is eligible, simply contact the U.S. or Canadian representative of your choice. You will then be sent a simple form via E-mail, fax, or mail for you to fill out. Once the form is returned, ARJAN will quickly check the availability of funds for your project and contact you in a matter of days.
