COPY LICENCE
The advantages of a Copy Licence are:
- No delays in shipping.
- No shipping charges.
- Training Manuals can be bound according to client’s requirements (e.g., coil bind, cerlox, 3-hole punch).
- Client produces the Training Manuals on an "as-needed" basis, eliminating outdated stock.
- Covers of the Training Manuals can be personalized to include client logo and name.
The Client agrees to:
- Submit a non-refundable fee of $1,500 for an original, double-sided copy of the Master Document for each Training Manual, prior to the shipment of the Training Manual.
- Pay $2.00 for each copy of the Training Manual produced.
- Produce a minumum of 200 training manuals (with payment to ELM Computer Consulting of $2.00 per copy) over the first 2-year period.
- Submit payment on a quarterly basis for each copy of the Training Manual produced.
- Produce the Training Manual in whole, without removing any copyright information.
- Honor this agreement for as long as they continue to produce copies of the Training Manual.
ELM Computer Consulting agrees to:
- Submit a double-sided copy of the original Training Manual suitable for producing copies.
- Submit a master exercise disk for the client to copy for those Training Manuals which require an exercise disk.
- Provide the client with an agreement for the client to produce Training Manuals at the reduced cost of $2.00 per copy.
- Permit the client to produce a customized cover for the Training Manual.
Terms cannot be modified without written consent of both parties.
